NVC Industrial Development Co., Ltd. Is a professional co***ny handling manufacturing and export of all kinds of lighting.
History
Established in 1998 and named NVC Lighting Co., Ltd. There were only 26 persons at the beginning. In 2003, became Sino-HK Joint Venture Co***ny; NVC Lighting occupied 70% stock and Kargent International Co., Ltd. Occupied 30% stock.We are going to be listed at NASDAQ before June 2005,and our new industrial park is now under construction in Huizhou, Guangdong province, which is to be in use in 2005.
Co***ny Profile
We have 4 branch factories besides headquarter. There are 1300 persons in headquarter, with 10000 M2 occupied area and 40000M2 floor area; And 2000 persons in branch factories. In headquarter, we mainly produce multiple light and electronic products, e.g. electronic transformer, electronic ballast, T4, T5 fluorescent lamp, energy-saving lamp, metal-halide light, etc. One branch factory producing die-casting products, one branch factory only producing steel punched products, one factory producing mains supply reflector down light, and another branch factory producing plastic parts and packing.
Production Capacity
USD10million per month at present. Our new industrial park with 200000 M2 area are under constructing and will move to the new place in June,2005. At that time, the production capacity will up to USD20 million per month at least.
Quality Control
Passed ISO9001:1996 in 2000, and updated ISO9001:2000 in 2002. In headquarter, we have more than 60 QC persons, and in each branch factory, there are more than 20 QC persons. From material incoming to delivery of finished products, QC persons are controlling the quality at every working procedure. In China, our products have become ˇ°free of inspection productsˇ±.
R&D
We have more than 40 engineers, thereinto, 20 machinery engineers, 20 electronic engineers, 4 packing designers. They use Auto CAD, Pro-E, Protel 99 to design products. NVC is the member of the lighting f
